This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds and cancellations to ensure clarity and fairness for every customer.

 

Return Policy — Unused Products. If you wish to return an unused product, you may do so within 30 days of placing your order provided the product is sealed, unused and untampered; all original packaging, labels and invoices are intact; and the product is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Opened, used, or damaged boxes will not be accepted as returns. Reverse pickup charges may apply depending on your location. Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the policy conditions, we will initiate an exchange or refund as applicable.

 

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items. If you receive a damaged or leaked product, a missing item, or an incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@powersurgesupplements.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, provide a clear unboxing video (showing the seal opening through to the product), and images of the parcel, invoice and product(s) received. Upon verification we will arrange reverse pickup of the affected item(s) and offer either a replacement or a full refund depending on your preference and product availability. Please note that no additional compensation or freebies will be issued; PowerSurge’s liability is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased.

 

Refunds. Refunds are processed as follows: for prepaid orders, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.) within 5 working days after product inspection and approval. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 7–10 working days after verification. For COD refunds we will require your bank details and a picture of a cancelled cheque or passbook page for verification. Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Return Policy for Clearance or Near-Expiry Products. Products sold under special discounts, warehouse clearance, or near-expiry offers are clearly labeled with expiry details. These items are sold at a heavy discount and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for any reason after purchase. We strongly advise checking the expiry date and product details carefully before completing such purchases.

 

Cancellation Policy. You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To request cancellation email support@powersurgesupplements.com with your order number and preferred refund mode. Refund modes for cancellations include: (a) Back to Source — refund to the original payment method, and (b) PowerSurge Wallet Credit (coming soon) — credit stored in your PowerSurge account for future purchases. Once your cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled; you may raise a return request after delivery per the Return Policy.

 

Important Notes. Returns will not be accepted for opened or used items. All claims must be supported with visual proof (images and unboxing video). Refunds are applicable only for verified claims that meet the policy conditions and are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection at our warehouse.
